Every facility undergoes physical site inspections by certified auditors. We verify operator credentials, validate compliance certifications (PIPEDA, SOC 2, ISO 27001), and monitor customer reviews. Only verified facilities appear on the marketplace.

All contractor payments flow through our escrow system. Funds release only when third-party inspectors verify milestone completion. This protects property owners (quality work guaranteed) and contractors (payment guaranteed).
